Sally is a young lawyer and a women empowerment enthusiast. She obtained her LLB from the University of Nairobi and undertook The Advocates Training Program (ATP) at the Kenya School of Law.
She currently works with Pamoja Trust as a Legal Rights Officer where she has exhibited attributes as a highly analytical thinker with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, and improving complex work processes. She has Conducted gender analysis and reviewed organizational by-laws to enable gender balance, developed a mentorship program for girls and women to take up leadership positions and spearheaded the formation of a Women Land Rights Movement in Nairobi and Mombasa. She is diverse, and her passion goes beyond just Women Rights to Advocacy on Land Rights and Governance questions, her greatest passion is working with the Urban Poor while offering legal advice and civic engagement. She is a champion for out of court settlement of disputes and loves listening to inspirational and audio books at her free time.
